FacilicorpNB is committed to keeping, using and disclosing personal information entrusted to us, accurate, confidential, secure and private.

As a public body, FacilicorpNB is subject to the Provincial Protection of Personal Information Act,. It incorporates the ten privacy principles of the Canadian Standards Association Model Code for the Protection of Personal Information, (CAN/CSA - Q830-96) which forms the basis of all applicable privacy legislation in Canada.

FacilicorpNB has incorporated the ten privacy principles into its Corporate Privacy Policy and other privacy related policies, which will soon be available to view, on this site.

FacilicorpNB has worked closely with the New Brunswick Department of Health, Horizon Health Network, and Regional Health Authority A in the development of privacy policies, which are common to all four organizations.
