Executive Team

FacilicorpNB has an experienced team in place to manage and coordinate its various activities.

	Gordon Gilman, President and Chief Executive Officer Gordon.Gilman@FacilicorpNB.ca Gordon is responsible for the general supervision of the business and affairs of the corporation and for any other duty that may be assigned to him by the Board of Directors.
	Guy C. Léger, Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO) Guy.Leger@FacilicorpNB.ca Guy is responsible for developing, managing, and executing the strategic plans that will create the company’s operations and services for Materials Management, Clinical Engineering, Financial Transactions Processing and Laundry and Linen services.
	Robert (Bob) McAleese, Vice President of Corporate Affairs Robert.McAleese@FacilicorpNB.ca Robert provides leadership and oversight for corporate planning, financial and administrative operations, privacy related matters, risk management, legal affairs and infrastructure management.
	Derrick Jardine, Vice President of Information Technology and Telecommunications / Chief Information Officer (CIO) Derrick.Jardine@FacilicorpNB.ca Derrick leads the transformation to a centralized Information Technology (IT) service and he is also responsible for the planning and execution of initiatives that support the objectives and mandate of the company.
	David Dumont, Executive Director of Human Resources David.Dumont@FacilicorpNB.ca David guides and manages the overall provision of the Department of Human Resources services, policies and programs of FacilicorpNB, as the recruitment and ongoing development of a high-caliber workforce.
	Chantal Poulin, Director of Communications and Public Relations Chantal.Poulin@FacilicorpNB.ca Chantal leads and oversees FacilicorpNB's communication activities, supporting the internal and external communications of the various services with a view to promoting the adoption and development of the organization's vision and mandate.
	Kathy Greenbank, Chief Financial Officer Kathy.Greenbank@FacilicorpNB.ca Kathy provides overall strategic direction in the areas of implementation and accountability for the key business processes that are accounting, budgeting, controllership, finances, tax, banking and auditing.
	John McNair, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary John.McNair@FacilicorpNB.ca John provides legal representation and advice to FacilicorpNB and its Board of Directors on legal matters.
