 Created in March 2008, FacilicorpNB is a public sector agency in New Brunswick (Canada) managing shared services for the health-care system.
Our mandate is to provide safe, cost-effective and innovative support services to Regional Health Authorities in New Brunswick. We currently provide Materials Management, Clinical Engineering, Information Technology and Telecommunications services, and we manage Fundy Linen in Saint John.
We will generate savings that will be initially reinvested in operational efficiencies. Then, the savings will be reinvested into new and enhanced information and technology systems, including those needed to create the "One Patient One Record" vision.
We fulfill our mandate by consolidating the management of services; standardizing processes and products to maximize efficiency; developing best practices; and leveraging greater critical mass in the procurement of goods and services.
